Senior Affiliate Manager

The Senior Affiliate Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing Enroll Here’s affiliate program in the Medicare, ACA, Final Expense, and emerging verticals. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring compliance, and cultivating strategic partnerships to expand our affiliate network.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Source, recruit, and negotiate with top-performing affiliates across Medicare, ACA, Final Expense, and emerging verticals.

  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with affiliate partners to drive sustainable growth.

  • Onboard new affiliates, ensuring they understand offer requirements, compliance rules, and tracking/reporting tools.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for affiliate partners, delivering exceptional service and rapid problem resolution.

  • Cultivate relationships with strategic partners to expand into high-margin verticals.

Performance Optimization & Revenue Growth

  • Monitor call traffic and call flow to ensure campaign efficiency.

  • Develop targeted campaigns and incentive programs to boost affiliate engagement and call volume.

  • Troubleshoot performance issues quickly and collaborate with partners to improve traffic quality and conversions.

Compliance & Traffic Quality Control

  • Enforce strict compliance with marketing and healthcare advertising regulations (CMS, TCPA).

  • Proactively audit call traffic sources to identify and address potential violations before they impact campaigns.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of affiliate agreements, compliance checks, and enforcement actions.

  • Implement proactive compliance programs to reduce risk exposure across all traffic channels.

Event Representation & Networking

  • Represent Enroll Here at major industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

    Strengthen relationships with existing partners and build new ones through strategic networking.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations for healthcare and lead generation (CMS, TCPA, etc.).

  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing affiliate programs.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and take decisive action.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, including domestic event representation.
