Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for events from planning through breakdown
- Create, update, and manage detailed project plans, task lists, and timelines within Asana
- Coordinate with vendors (catering, A/V, rentals) including research, communication, and scheduling
- Support budget tracking and expense record-keeping for events
- Order, inventory, and manage delivery of event materials, supplies, and collateral
- Manage event calendars, scheduling, site visits, and key deadlines
- Prepare event communications, compile post-event reports, and maintain organized documentation
- Provide hands-on on-site support for registration, setup, breakdown, and attendee flow as needed
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communications, business, or related field preferred but not required
