Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include analyzing large datasets, developing KPIs, optimizing marketing campaigns, and delivering insights to support go-to-market strategies across various teams.
Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and Excel is required along with experience in GTM, marketing, or revenue analytics and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: Candidates should have 5+ years in relevant analytics roles, preferably with a quantitative degree or an equivalent data bootcamp completion; an MBA or MS is strongly preferred.
Location: This is a fully remote position, operating within the PDT time zone.
Compensation: $100000 - $155000 / Annually

About the Role
We're hiring a Senior GTM Data Analyst to bring structure, insights, and strategic clarity to our go-to-market operations. Reporting directly to the CFO and dotted-line to the Head of Marketing, this is a highly cross-functional role with influence across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and Product.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, understands the dynamics of Series A–C, VC-backed, founder-led startups, and knows how to use data not just for reporting, but for unlocking growth levers.
