Russian Online Support / Remote

We are hiring a Russian-speaking Online Support Assistant for a remote position based in New York. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours. Tasks are simple, training is provided. Pay: $20–$25/hour. Only candidates currently residing in the U.S. will be considered.

Job Activities:

  • Answer messages in Russian
  • Help users with basic questions
  • Process simple requests
  • Update records in the system
  • Report common issues
  • Follow message templates
  • Translate short texts if needed
  • Communicate with team leads

Skills & Experience:

  • Satisfactory Russian required
  • Basic English is enough
  • Typing and basic computer use
  • Good reading comprehension
