Paid Media Specialist | Digital Marketing Agency

Role type: Full-time, remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST

Salary: $1500-$2000/month

They are seeking an experienced agency professional who understands the fast-paced, client-focused nature of digital marketing agencies and can immediately start contributing to Paid Ads campaigns for their diverse client portfolio with minimal training.

Team Summary

You'll be joining the client’s production team—a sharp, execution-driven crew where lead generation is the heartbeat of everything they do. Every day brings a new challenge, and every task demands precision. Their clients trust them to manage campaigns that drive real revenue, so accuracy, strategy, and flawless implementation aren’t optional—they’re the job.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist who can plug into live agency workflows immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily in lead-generation focused industries. Your responsibilities will include:

Campaign Setup & Management

  • Launch and manage Paid Ads campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms
  • Support additional platforms as needed (Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic)

Optimization & Performance Improvement

  • Continuously optimize campaigns to hit performance targets and maximize ROI
  • Analyze performance trends and proactively implement improvements

Troubleshooting & Quality Control

  • Identify and resolve tracking, performance, and delivery issues efficiently
  • Ensure campaigns run smoothly with minimal downtime or data gaps

Tracking & Attribution

  • Implement and manage tracking using  Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC)
  • Integrate Zapier workflows for CRM and lead tracking
  • Set up and manage CallRail tracking to evaluate call quality and conversion performance

Reporting & Insights

  • Generate clear, actionable performance reports
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes
  • Not just delivering numbers, but delivering narratives. You’ll help the team understand why a campaign is performing and how we scale it.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple live campaigns in a fast-moving agency environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. 
  • Experience with other Paid Ads platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads,  Programmatic) 
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools 
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also collaborating effectively within a team. 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work. 

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

  • Google Ads Certification 
  • Google Tag Manager Certification 
  • Meta Certification 
  • Call tracking experience

Benefits

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments: All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
