Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash positions, liquidity and short-term borrowing to support company disbursements and operations.
- Develop, maintain and present short- and long-term cash forecasts and scenario analyses to senior leadership.
- Oversee execution and controls for ACH, wire, FX and other payment flows; ensure transaction security and governance.
- Maintain and enhance treasury policies, internal controls and compliance with credit agreements and regulations.
- Monitor interest rate, FX and counterparty exposures and recommend/execute hedging or mitigation strategies.
- Support capital markets and financing activities, including lender communications and board materials.
- Manage banking relationships, negotiate services/fees and optimize banking architecture and cash sweep structures.
- Lead treasury systems, ERP integrations, automation initiatives and vendor/outsourced partner relationships.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) strongly preferred
- Relevant professional finance or accounting certifications preferred
