Are you obsessed with TikTok trends, Instagram aesthetics, and everything beauty? We’re looking for a Social Media Intern to help us keep e.l.f. SKIN fresh, fun, and always in the conversation. You’ll create content, spot trends before they blow up, and connect with our community in ways that feel real, bold, and totally e.l.f. If you’re ready to let your creativity shine, this is your moment.
Responsibilities:
Content Creator in Action
- Help run e.l.f. SKIN’s social channels day-to-day.
- Write scroll-stopping captions in our unapologetic brand voice.
- Shoot UGC-style content that feels authentic and on-trend.
- Schedule posts using Dash Hudson and other tools.
Giveaway Management
- Pitch fun, creative giveaway ideas each month.
- Support execution—from prizes to posts to fine print.
Trendspotting
- Stay on top of beauty and culture trends before they go mainstream.
- Find ways for e.l.f. SKIN to join trending conversations and drive engagement.
Community & Content
- Collaborate with the social team on TikTok, Instagram, and more.
- Be comfortable showing up on camera for videos, lives, and tutorials.
- Engage with our community to build authentic relationships and brand love.
Marketing Support
- Assist with reports, decks, and cross-team projects.
- Jump in wherever the team needs an extra creative spark.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Available for 6 months for the full program.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
- Able to work in a hybrid format from our LA office (3 days per week).
- Passionate about beauty, culture, and social media trends.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to capture e.l.f. SKIN’s bold voice.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Dash Hudson is a plus).
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
