As a Sales Operations & Enablement Senior Associate, you’ll play a key role in coordinating cross-functional projects, maintaining programs, streamlining processes, and enabling the LVG team. In this collaborative and fast-paced environment, you’ll partner with stakeholders across sales, compliance, marketing, responsible gaming, and analytics to drive operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to help build and scale the operational and enablement foundation of the LVG sales team by driving measurable gains in productivity, consistency, and revenue performance. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, thrives on solving problems through process and collaboration, and is passionate about supporting high-impact programs and enablement initiatives that drive results.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clear, consistent, and repeatable processes across the LVG sales team.
Own and evolve key sales programs by leveraging data, team feedback, and stakeholder input to ensure continued relevance and impact.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design efficient workflows that enable team success and scale operations.
Design and deliver impactful enablement programs, including training and onboarding materials, based on proactive identification of team needs.
Support cross-functional initiatives that align sales operations with broader business goals.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or Sales Enablement, ideally in a high-growth or dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to translate complex processes into clear, concise, and user-friendly formats.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and tight timelines
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Passion for process design, enablement, and driving operational excellence through collaboration and execution.
