Skills
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing SaaS/ad tech/martech roles
- Strong analytical skills to translate platform data into customer recommendations
- Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing escalations and shifting priorities professionally
- Organized with proven time management and account prioritization techniques
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to evolving customer needs
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end client relationships including onboarding, platform walkthroughs, status calls, and executive conversations
- Drive product adoption by aligning Rockerbox capabilities with customer goals and embedding the platform in decision-making
- Manage escalations and customer challenges with a solutions-oriented approach to preserve trust
- Prioritize and manage multiple accounts using structure, time-boxing, and focused project management
- Provide structured product feedback and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to improve outcomes
- Identify expansion opportunities and demonstrate value across client organizations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
- Continued learning in marketing analytics, ad tech, or related fields is a plus
