Customer Success Manager - Rockerbox

DoubleVerify (Rockerbox) is a leading digital media measurement and analytics platform focused on transparency and ad effectiveness. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own end-to-end client relationships, drive product adoption, and help senior marketing leaders realize measurable outcomes from the Rockerbox unified measurement platform.

Skills

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing SaaS/ad tech/martech roles
  • Strong analytical skills to translate platform data into customer recommendations
  • Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing escalations and shifting priorities professionally
  • Organized with proven time management and account prioritization techniques
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to evolving customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end client relationships including onboarding, platform walkthroughs, status calls, and executive conversations
  • Drive product adoption by aligning Rockerbox capabilities with customer goals and embedding the platform in decision-making
  • Manage escalations and customer challenges with a solutions-oriented approach to preserve trust
  • Prioritize and manage multiple accounts using structure, time-boxing, and focused project management
  • Provide structured product feedback and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to improve outcomes
  • Identify expansion opportunities and demonstrate value across client organizations

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
  • Continued learning in marketing analytics, ad tech, or related fields is a plus
