Reboot Staff is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Relationship Representative to join our team in Madison, WI. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our organization and our clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and ongoing client satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on building strong professional relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term partnerships

  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or service issues

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of staffing solutions

  • Conduct regular check-ins and service evaluations with clients

  • Maintain client records, notes, and activity logs in the CRM system

  • Analyze trends and feedback to improve service performance and client retention

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through the service process

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in client service, account management, or a similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and office software (Microsoft Office, etc.)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
