Job Description
Reboot Staff is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Relationship Representative to join our team in Madison, WI. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our organization and our clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and ongoing client satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on building strong professional relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term partnerships
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or service issues
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of staffing solutions
Conduct regular check-ins and service evaluations with clients
Maintain client records, notes, and activity logs in the CRM system
Analyze trends and feedback to improve service performance and client retention
Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through the service process
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in client service, account management, or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency with CRM platforms and office software (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
