Responsibilities
- Develop and prioritize partner-driven initiatives by impact and feasibility, creating clear roadmaps and goals
- Lead end-to-end execution across product, engineering, operations, and external partners to launch and scale features
- Build 0-to-1 growth opportunities and determine resource allocation to maximize ROI and product-market fit
- Operate at a detailed level to implement scalable processes, run pilots, and refine playbooks
- Analyze partner and operational data to inform hypotheses, measure results, and influence stakeholders
- Create structure and documentation in ambiguous contexts where playbooks do not yet exist
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and momentum
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred but not required
