Responsibilities
- Lead enablement strategy and execution for Enterprise Restaurant and New Verticals sales teams.
- Design and deliver scalable training programs, playbooks, and sales tools to enhance seller performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate go-to-market strategies into actionable enablement programs.
- Facilitate new product and initiative launches with scalable enablement plans.
- Collect and analyze field feedback to optimize programs and close knowledge gaps.
- Drive messaging and process consistency across verticals while allowing for flexibility.
- Use data to measure and improve enablement effectiveness in real time.
