Responsibilities
- Analyze market-level performance and surface actionable insights to improve marketplace health
- Design, launch, and iterate high-impact experiments and initiatives to drive growth
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and external stakeholders to implement campaigns and programs
- Build repeatable playbooks and long-term strategies for diverse, high-growth local markets
- Manage a portfolio of markets, monitor KPIs, and execute operational improvements
Education
- Completed Bachelor's degree
- Advanced degree optional/preferred but not required
