  • Mentor and develop field employees and Assistant Superintendents through hands-on training and DN resources.
  • Own the quality assurance process, from inspections to punch list completion, ensuring tanks meet DN’s high standards.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and documentation using Spectrum ERP and Field View platforms.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, engineers, inspectors, and vendors, representing DN Tanks with integrity on-site.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with line & grade, formwork systems, and large-scale concrete projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, crane operations, and rigging requirements.
  • Proficient with construction technology including iPads, laptops, scheduling software, and ERP systems.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and manage remote project sites across the U.S.
  • Strong communication, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation and excellent benefits.
  • Career advancement and leadership development.
  • A people-first culture rooted in safety, teamwork, and innovation.
  • Opportunities to lead impactful infrastructure projects across the nation.

What You'll Gain:
  • Advance your leadership skills with structured development and real-world experience on high-profile projects.
  • Be part of building critical infrastructure across the country, leaving a lasting mark on the communities we serve.
  • Work alongside driven professionals in a supportive environment that values safety, trust, and collaboration.
