We are seeking a creative Scriptwriter on a contract basis to develop engaging scripts and activities for K-5 social studies lessons, ensuring students are actively involved in learning.
Responsibilities: Write playful and clear scripts for students, create engaging educational activities, collaborate with visual storytellers and curriculum experts, and iterate on lesson prototypes based on feedback.
Skills: Storytelling for children, strong written communication, adaptability, collaboration skills, educational content development, and attention to detail.
Qualifications: Experience teaching K-5 students, familiarity with social studies standards, and a background in writing for children or interactive media is preferred.
Location: Remote with a preference for candidates in the Pacific time zone; legal right to work in the United States is required.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $25 - $50 per hour.
We are looking for a highly skilled Scriptwriter - Contract to help develop a variety of prototype lesson formats.
