- Familiarity with production-grade engineering practices, testing, and monitoring
Responsibilities
- Design and implement features for agent-driven video and audio editing (chat workflows, chat history, editing actions).
- Experiment with and iterate on prompts, harnesses, tool designs, and context/token strategies to improve agent quality.
- Build and scale agent infrastructure, monitoring, logging, and evaluation pipelines to support model-driven product features.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, product, and design to ship high-quality user experiences and measure impact on retention.
- Maintain backend and frontend systems, ensuring reliability and performance across services and APIs.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Comfortable demonstrating CS fundamentals through work experience or projects
