Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a software development team through scrum or iterative cycles
- Prioritize, plan, and track software development tasks and milestones
- Design, implement, and unit-test C++ software meeting architectural constraints
- Perform peer reviews of requirements, architecture, code, and test plans
- Define and improve software development processes and CI/CD pipelines
- Coordinate interfaces and deliverables with cross-functional teams
- Identify and mitigate software development risks and roadblocks
- Manage Jira tickets and maintain traceability of software work
- Work with program managers on schedules, staffing, and budgets
- Monitor software quality, performance, and system integration results
Education
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant software development experience
- U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility
