The Role
As a strategic field leader, you’ll shape and execute the field marketing strategy for Teva and AHNU, creating brand heat and authentic consumer engagement across key markets. You’ll lead by influence—partnering with sales agencies, brand ambassadors, and cross-functional teams to amplify our presence and impact.

Design and execute bold, ROI-driven field strategies that align with brand goals and regional priorities. Bring Teva and AHNU to life through creative activations, retail education, and community-first experiences.
Travel & Brand Presence
Be on the ground where it matters—at retail locations, brand events, and GTM planning sessions—ensuring our field efforts are dynamic, consistent, and impactful.
AHNU Field Strategy
Build and scale AHNU’s field presence through events, in-store engagement, and grassroots partnerships. Manage budgets and elevate brand partnerships in collaboration with PR and retail.
Insights & Innovation
Stay ahead of trends, gather market insights, and continuously evolve our field strategies. Leverage Deckers’ insights and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in Boston, MA.
