GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for delivery of services within large and complex programs.  Will manage teams of multiple workstreams in integrated clinical and revenue operations environments, supporting a portfolio of multiple products and technologies. Depth and experienced management and multi-workstream skills, healthcare industry or technology with experience in strategy, process and clinical operations.  Will help define and operationalize delivery process.   Deep project management on a day-to-day basis - either for large, complex or multiple smaller-scale engagements concurrently. Actively coach and mentor requirements teammates, including ensuring success is driven down through the team. Be able to interface and engage with customer senior leadership including clinical and operational leaders.  Will act as Facilitation Practice Lead and Quality Reviewer for all Product Managers and Business Analysts in the lane.  Innovative, creative and motivated applicants are desired.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Lean 6 Six Sigma Experience
  • 10 years enterprise software development
  • 5 years Requirements Analysis or Clinical Analyst Experience
  • Experience working with systems of complex workflows and configurations
  • Healthcare Information systems and clinical experience
  • Experience writing requirements for a software application
  • Experience with Product Management
  • Experience with Business Analysis
  • 2-5 years Management of teams 5-10 people

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $110,000.00 - $161,000.00 per year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour

Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
