Role and Responsibilities:
As a Junior Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how consumers experience David online and in the real world. You’ll report directly to the Director of Creative Operations and work closely with our Growth team to design, test, and refine high-performing ad creative that articulates our brand compellingly across many customer touchpoints.
The primary focus of this role is designing digital ads for paid social media platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Beyond digital ads, you’ll support other creative needs across the company, including designs for our website, email campaigns, retail presence, and field activations.
