The Data Specialist reports to the Local Manager. The Data Specialist is responsible for supporting the development of local research output and data collection. Specifically, this position provides support for gathering and entering local market data into Cushman & Wakefield’s proprietary database. The Data Specialist is accountable for accurate and proactive maintenance of proprietary and third-party databases with local market data, as well as pulling data from said systems to support the business’s needs.
