Skills: Candidates must have expertise in science pedagogy, experience in professional learning course development across multiple formats, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with content creation technology.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, or a related field is required, with a Master's preferred. Additionally, candidates should have 8+ years of relevant experience in science teaching and curriculum development.

Compensation: $60750 - $99750 / Annually

The Senior Content Developer for Science leads the design and development of high impact professional learning that transforms science teaching and learning, elevates educator confidence, and drives student success. This role creates and curates research-based content for multiple delivery formats, ensuring alignment to standards and best practices. Collaborates across teams to shape scope and sequence, author instructional resources, and support implementation—combining subject matter expertise, strong writing skills, and a deep understanding of pedagogy for both K–8 students and adult learners.

Pay Range: This role’s range is $60,750 - $99,750. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
