About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Estimator to join a growing construction team in Mobile, AL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make an immediate impact. You’ll play a key part in delivering accurate cost estimates for diverse Gulf Coast projects, working closely with project managers and leadership.
What You’ll Do
Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects
Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy
Review blueprints, specifications, and proposals to prepare bids
Analyze labor, materials, and time requirements
Provide input to leadership on cost-saving measures and project strategies
Qualifications

Proven experience as an Estimator in commercial construction
Strong understanding of construction documents and industry practices
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
