Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, high-impact technical programs across the company.
- Define program strategy, roadmap and success criteria in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Drive architecture solutioning and design options aligned to business goals.
- Translate business needs into technical and functional requirements and perform system/data analysis.
- Coordinate engineering delivery through all phases of the SDLC and manage dependencies and risks.
- Communicate program status and align stakeholders including VPs and other senior leaders.
- Create and maintain specifications that enable multi-team, multi-year product visions.
- Foster continuous improvement, innovation and customer-centric practices.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required)
- Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
