AECOM is actively seeking a Construction Manager for immediate employment in Orange, CA. The Construction Manager will be responsible for:
Minimum Requirements:
California PE License.
Experience working with Metrolink, UPRR, SANDAG, BNSF, NCTD, SBCTA, and/or LA Metro.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Experience overseeing a project staff.
Strong understanding of construction standards and specifications.
Ability to obtain railroad specific required safety training.
Experience writing and negotiating change orders.
Experience with dispute resolution and claims.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as Construction Manager or Resident Engineer on public works rail projects with construction value $20M+.
Railroad Grade Separation Experience .
Existing relationships with railroad entities in Southern California.
Technical Writing skills.
Experience in pursuit interviews as key staff.
