Skills
- Proficiency with OutSystems Service Studio and UI design constraints.
- Strong knowledge of visual hierarchy, interaction design, user research, and design thinking.
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping tools.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and iterative design cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design polished, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile using OutSystems platform.
- Translate branding and design standards into reusable screen templates and patterns.
- Define and refine user flows, wireframes, and navigation for seamless experiences.
- Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and identify improvements.
- Build interactive prototypes for workflow visualization and testing.
- Develop and maintain components within the OutSystems UI framework for consistency and reusability.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective designs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and demos.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and best practices to enhance user engagement.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
