The Office Manager is responsible for overall Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling functions of Lender Services – Loan Payoff Operations. In addition, the Office Manager will manage all aspects of the P-O-L-C framework with the goal of leading the department and staff to meet budget, revenue, and customer satisfaction standards. With a thorough understanding of Loan Payoff specific policies and procedures, the Office Manager will create a customer first environment for internal/external clients by offering unique and innovative solutions that meet their needs.
