Skills
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into applications (OpenAI, Anthropic, open models)
- Fluency with modern AI development tools and prompt engineering
- Strong foundation in at least one language (Python, TypeScript, Kotlin, etc.)
- Experience building full-stack apps with React/Next.js or similar frameworks
- Comfort shipping quickly and iterating in production
- Active engagement in AI communities and rapidly adopting new tools
Responsibilities
- Ship production code frequently using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, etc.)
- Partner with PMs to turn concepts into working prototypes in hours
- Build internal tools and automations (chef onboarding bots, menu analysis pipelines, etc.)
- Create reusable LLM integration patterns, templates, and playbooks
- Run experiments with new AI models and tools and evaluate trade-offs
- Write clean, maintainable code and know when to rely on AI versus manual coding
- Teach PMs and designers to prototype with AI tools and democratize rapid prototyping
- Document AI development patterns and contribute proof-of-concepts to inform technical decisions
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio/GitHub of AI-assisted projects preferred over GPA
