Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of FP&A analysts, setting goals and prioritizing daily activities
- Prepare and present monthly performance packages with clear insights, drivers, and recommendations
- Analyze trends in revenue drivers, operating costs, bookings, APRs, and product profitability
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support decision making
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align on initiatives, forecasts, and strategy
- Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen data integrity and reporting efficiency
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and financial reconciliations
- Monitor KPIs and leading indicators to identify risks and opportunities and advise leadership
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Relevant professional certifications and continued education encouraged
