Sales Enablement Manager

ConnectWise is a global, community-driven software company supporting over 45,000 partners with solutions that improve business operations and customer experience. The Sales Enablement Manager will design, execute, and measure data-driven enablement programs, content, and communications to improve sales productivity and partner success across cross-functional teams.

Skills

  • Project and process management with the ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication tailored to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to design and deliver training and onboarding programs
  • Analytical skills to measure program performance and recommend improvements
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Comfort working in fast-paced and changing environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage sales enablement content, onboarding, and role-specific training programs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define enablement priorities, launch plans, and performance metrics
  • Design targeted messaging and campaigns for internal sales teams and external partners
  • Research and benchmark external enablement technologies, processes, and best practices
  • Aggregate and distribute internal communications that impact Sales and partner audiences
  • Document and archive product, process, and partner information for day-to-day sales reference
  • Solicit feedback from sales stakeholders and iterate on training, documentation, and communications
  • Coach and review work of other team members as needed and assist in program optimization

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience in sales enablement, training, or sales operations accepted
