Responsibilities
- Support the IT Nation team with high attention to detail and day-to-day program execution
- Research, analyze, and document findings to inform program improvements
- Design and implement IT Nation Evolve programs focused on driving vital behaviors and business performance
- Identify, recruit, coach, and train facilitators for IT Nation groups
- Develop and maintain group-level accountability practices and tracking
- Coach or review work of other team members as needed
- Provide feedback and insights for future IT Nation programs based on partner knowledge and data
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
- Minimum 4+ years of related experience
