We’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial operator to join our founding team in NYC and help drive high-impact projects across the company. This is a generalist role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and wants to help build something from zero to one.
You’ll work directly with the founders and leaders on a mix of strategic and operational priorities — from standing up new programs to scaling provider partnerships to improving how we deliver care across thousands of patients.
No two weeks will look the same. You might launch a new business line, design a process, negotiate a partnership, or roll up your sleeves to fix a bottleneck in real time. You’ll be expected to take ownership, move quickly, and bring a structured, analytical lens to every challenge.
The role is based out of our office in Union Square and in-office 3 days/week.
Drive Special Projects: Own 0→1 initiatives across telehealth, provider engagement, and operational scale. Define the problem, build the plan, and execute.
Shape Strategy: Work with the founders to identify and prioritize new opportunities — from market expansion to workflow optimization.
Own Relationships: Manage relationships with clinical partners, suppliers, and other external stakeholders critical to Conduit’s growth.
Build Systems: Turn ad hoc workflows into scalable processes using data, tools, and automation.
High-Slope Operator: You’ve spent 2–4 years in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup — and you’re ready to go from analyzing to building.
Structured & Analytical: You think clearly, move fast, and bring order to ambiguity.
