Digital Remedy is looking for a Sr. Paid Search Strategist to drive performance and growth for our clients. This includes search campaigns on both Google and Bing Ads, as well as YouTube campaigns. The ideal candidate should be proactive in communication, solutions-oriented, and an expert in paid search advertising. They should enjoy a fast-paced, team environment and staying up to date on the latest trends in the search space.
This hybrid position is based in Hunt Valley, MD/ New Orleans, LA/ Denver, CO and reports to the Paid Media Manager.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $68,060 to $85,075. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which would be awarded based on individual and company performance. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full-time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
