Compensation Range
Hourly: $26.25 - $30.75 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to calculate accurate, timely Incentive payments to plan participants.
Essential Functions
Assist with calculating accurate and timely Incentive payments to Plan Participants
Assist with managing multiple Incentive Plans and processes
Conduct analysis and modeling to drive enhancements to existing Plan designs and develop new Plans, when needed
Prepare data and recommendations to support decisions regarding plan status, performance, and plan management
Maintain data integrity from multiple sources (billing systems, P&L, manager entered data, etc.)
Ensure a high level of customer service, including timely and effective communication, education of multiple stakeholder groups, and support of inquiries
Assist with standard and ad hoc reporting and presentations for multiple audiences
Perform other duties as assigned

Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, OneNote, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
1+ years commercial banking experience preferred
Experience working with relational databases preferred
Experience working with Varicent software (formerly IBM compensation engine) preferred
