Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include guiding students through the college application process, promoting academic success strategies, and maintaining ongoing communication and support.
Skills: Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of experience in advising or mentoring, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Qualifications: Preference for candidates with teaching or coaching experience and strong problem-solving abilities.
Location: This position is based in Milwaukee, WI with some remote flexibility, requiring in-person campus visits four times a week.
Compensation: $48000 / Annually

The Advising Specialist is responsible for providing support to high school students who are seeking to earn a college degree in the areas of college exploration, the college application process, financial aid, scholarships, career exposure, campus connection, and more via in-person and virtual methods in both group and 1:1 settings.
