We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and quality-oriented individual with an interest in consulting engineering to join our team as a Structural Discipline Engineer. The ideal candidate should have ten or more years of experience and be a self-motivated team player looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity within a dynamic and progressive firm. This position serves as the Structural Department Lead, with a clear path to partnership for a high-performing and committed candidate.
We are looking for a leader who works effectively with all personality types, is interested in developing close relationships with our great clients, and who desires to grow professionally and stay involved in the activities and exciting trends in the industry. The position will involve a mix of technical design and consulting, construction support, business development in an emerging market location, and new project scoping and proposal writing.
