Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage active penetration tests from kickoff through report delivery and retest
- Act as gatekeeper of quality for deliverables, ensuring technical accuracy and clear risk articulation
- Assemble and schedule tester teams from the Cobalt Core based on skill fit and availability
- Identify and escalate or remove obstacles during testing to restore progress swiftly
- Continuously improve delivery processes and platform workflows to scale operations
- Maintain feedback loops with community managers to grow and up-level pentesters
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to enhance client lifecycle and satisfaction
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Relevant certifications or training (PMI, agile, security) are a plus
- Continual learning mindset with interest in security and pentesting practices
