Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex projects across the billing stack from requirements through production
- Design and implement transactional microservices and metering/aggregation layers
- Maintain operational excellence: triage, debug, and resolve incidents and on-call responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, SRE and other engineering teams
- Mentor and grow engineers; promote best practices and code quality
- Ensure financial accuracy, security, and reliability in billing-related systems
- Drive technical decisions for scalability, availability and fault tolerance
Education
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
