Skills
- Proven semiconductor project/program management experience
- Strong schedule and budget management skills
- Vendor and supply-chain coordination experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical datasheets and product specifications
- Skilled communicator with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with power-management ICs, packaging, and test processes
- Proficient with project tools (MS Project, Jira or equivalent) and data-driven reporting
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end semiconductor project delivery from concept through production ramp
- Create and maintain program schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, test, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Manage vendor and contract manufacturer relationships, timelines, and quality expectations
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and report financial status
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate technical and schedule risks
- Prepare regular program status reports and present to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry, safety, and government requirements during development
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field required
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
- Master's degree in engineering or business is a plus
