GTM Engineer, Sales

Circle is a fully-remote platform company building an all-in-one community product for creators, educators, and businesses. They are hiring a technical GTM Engineer (Sales) to design, build, and iterate AI-enabled, automated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.

Skills

  • Proven demand gen, growth, or marketing experience building bottom-of-funnel campaigns tied to pipeline.
  • Hands-on ownership of AI tooling as part of a campaign tech stack.
  • Experience with automation/no-code platforms (e.g., Clay, Relevance, n8n, CustomGPTs, Qualified) or strong ability to learn rapidly.
  • Ability to build reliable campaign reporting and speak confidently to data.
  • Sales process fluency and a pipeline-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy AI-enabled campaigns end-to-end, owning tooling, timelines, and delivery.
  • Deliver 4 campaigns/experiments per month and be accountable to monthly pipeline targets.
  • Create and run web/trial experiments, demo form/page changes, and conversion optimizations.
  • Implement high-automation solutions (80–100%) using no-code and AI tooling; escalate scaled solutions with data engineering when proven.
  • Build campaign-level reporting from meeting books to influenced pipeline and partner with RevOps and Data/AI Engineering on complex metrics.
  • Collaborate with copywriting, product, lifecycle marketing, and sales to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot tooling issues, optimize automations, and iterate rapidly on experiments.
  • Report weekly pipeline metrics and contribute learnings to the team.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English at CEFR C2 / ILR Level 5 (spoken, written, reading).
  • Relevant marketing, analytics, or technical certifications are a plus.
