Salesforce Solution Architect, Pre-Sales (Life Sciences)

Ciberspring is a tech-first precision engagement agency serving digital, health, and talent verticals, with deep expertise in Salesforce and Adobe ecosystems. We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) focused on Health & Life Sciences to scope, design, and drive Salesforce solutions from discovery through SOW and handoff, ensuring scalable, compliant implementations for healthcare and life sciences clients.

Skills

  • Strong expertise with Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud
  • Proven experience in technical pre-sales / solution engineering within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Experience designing integration patterns and data migration strategies
  • Ability to author SOWs and solution artifacts for CRM and digital transformation
  • Experience leading teams of consultants, developers, and admins
  • Knowledge of healthcare and life sciences data, workflows, and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical lead for Salesforce Health & Life Sciences engagements, owning architecture and solution design.
  • Collaborate with Channel Account Executive and Salesforce AEs in joint discovery and pre-sales activities.
  • Design integration strategies, data migration plans, and scalable implementation approaches leveraging Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud.
  • Author and contribute to SOWs, proposals, solution documents, and client-facing artifacts.
  • Maintain and present demos, vertical-specific assets, and collateral for healthcare and life sciences clients.
  • Provide technical enablement to partners, internal teams, and Salesforce stakeholders.
  • Support post-sales transition and lead delivery oversight to ensure successful implementation.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience in lieu of formal degree will be considered
