Skills
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with accounts payable processes and T&E review
- Familiarity with Ramp, NetSuite or other ERP/payments systems
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities in high-transaction environments
- Clear written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Mandarin proficiency (required); Cantonese preferred
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices using Ramp and maintain timely AP processing
- Review and approve employee expense reports in line with the T&E policy
- Maintain vendor records (contracts, W-9/W-8, bank details) and support vendor onboarding
- Support annual audit processes and year-end 1099 issuance
- Assist with month-end close activities and ad hoc AP projects
- Perform revenue and expense assurance analysis to ensure contract and policy compliance
- Act as a liaison between Finance and cross-functional teams to provide governance and financial transparency
- Implement FinOps best practices to improve forecasting accuracy and cost accountability
- Support vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, renewals, and maintain contract records
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase financial efficiency and accuracy
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
