Manages program-based patient care services; including personnel, fiscal management and development of the colorectal program. The Program Manager develops processes and policies to support patient and family care for the complex colorectal patient. This position proactively identifies and leads process improvement opportunities, and is responsible for care coordination of CCC (Comprehensive Colorectal Center) patients across the CMH system. Manages daily clinical operational issues, as well as supports staff and patient scheduling to meet patient needs.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $39.86/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
