Overview

The IS Analyst II serves as liaison between Information Systems and user departments to determine how best to support them through the effective use of technology. Designs, implements, upgrades and maintains software systems with a high degree of complexity. Facilitates process improvements. Coordinates custom programming, change management, and system optimization. Provides quidance and training to less experienced analysts.

If you are selected for this position, you will be asked to supply your immunization records as proof of vaccination. If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines, medical and/or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Liaison between Information Systems and user departments.
  • Design, implement, upgrade, and maintain software systems with a high degree of complexity.
  • Facilitate process improvements
  • Coordinate custom programming.
  • Coordinate change management and system optimization.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree and 3-5 years' experience. Experience in the user areas to be supported or related field OR
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years' experience. Experience in the user areas to be supported or related field OR
  • Associate's degree or High School diploma, or equivalent, and 9 years related experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $34.21/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

 

 

Remote Work/Work from Home

This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
