Overview

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Planning and Initiative Development, the Business and Strategic Planning Manager has significant responsibilities in managing the development of strategic planning efforts, including the compilation, analysis and presentation of market and competitive information; leading the development and evaluation of the Hospital's strategic and business development plans which includes complex financial analysis; and leadership of strategic initiative process.

If you are selected for this position, you will be asked to supply your immunization records as proof of vaccination. If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines, medical and/or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources.

  • Lead Business Plan Development and Strategic Initiative Projects
  • Lead Strategic Planning Efforts
  • Data Management, Competitor Monitoring and Market Assessment
  • Project Management

 

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree and 3-5 years' experience. Applicant must have experience in developing successful and proven strategies for a highly complex organization OR
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years' experience. Plus prior related experience as above
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $43.65/hr, but your salaried offer will be determined based upon your education and experience.

 

 

Remote Work/Work from Home

This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
