Skills
- Patience and compassion when working with children with autism

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Use evidence-based ABA techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately after sessions
- Monitor and respond to challenging or interfering behaviors safely
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to support treatment goals
- Attend training, supervision, and team meetings as required
- Maintain professional documentation and follow agency policies and protocols
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability and willingness to obtain RBT certification after onboarding
- CPR and First Aid certification (obtainable during onboarding if not current)
