Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with 10+ years of product management experience, particularly in SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise training; strong familiarity with cybersecurity certifications and learning management systems.
Location: This is a fully remote position available to candidates in the US, with no additional travel required.
Compensation: $180000 - $200000 / Annually

As Principal Product Manager, you will play a vital role in crafting our cloud-based cybersecurity training platform, driving subscription growth among enterprise and individual learners, and delivering scalable hands-on learning experiences. The ideal candidate will be an expert of SaaS products in the cybersecurity, EdTech, or enterprise training space with deep understanding of B2B and B2C subscription models, learning analytics, and secure multi-tenant architecture. You'll navigate unique challenges including compliance requirements (SOC 2, GDPR), hands-on lab provisioning, certification tracking, and feature adoption across diverse skill levels from beginners to advanced practitioners. You'll analyze learner engagement data, optimize certification pathways, and track industry cybersecurity trends and emerging threats as they impact our training content strategy.
