- Quantify and present business value and financial potential to management
- Implement Process Automation technologies to streamline processes and enhance conformance
- Set up KPIs to monitor customer success and continuous process improvement
- Ensure ongoing customer enablement to support long-term success
Education
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics or comparable
