CDW is seeking a Commissions Analyst to calculate commissions for the Sales team while providing analytics and support for various operational issues. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy of commission payments and contributing to financial reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities: Calculate and prepare commission earnings, manage inquiries from Sales and Finance, process adjustments, generate reports, and perform financial analysis while ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Sales Operations, or a related field is preferred.
Location: Virtual position based in Illinois, United States, requiring no travel.
Compensation: $24 - $33 / Hourly
