ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES - As The Regional Director of Operations you are responsible for ensuring operational outcomes that align with the evolving goals, mission, vision, values, priorities, and organizational initiatives of the Company. This role is fully responsible and accountable for achieving performance, full compliance, and KPIs goals for multi-site operations - using radical accountability and Company policies and SOPs to drive successful and profitable outcomes. We are seeking a seasoned business leader and executive who will be responsible to:

  • Provide proactive, responsive, prompt, constant and concise communication through project management platform and departmental deliverables
  • Strategically develop and scale the operations department, implementing structure, people, and systems to promote efficiency and innovation that generate higher profitability, tighter compliance, and greater efficiencies.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Partner cross departmentally to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, and financial plans.
  • Develop, cultivate and ensure a high-performance culture that optimizes production, enhances performance, ensures operational continuity, and drives profitability and fiscal health.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards - including traveling to fill any vacant roles as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain organizational culture, safeguarding positive elements that drive company success while identifying and addressing issues that hinder progress
  • Ensure processes are standardized and designed to drive consistent revenue generation, ensure legal compliance, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization
  • Ensure branches have the right personnel in place to achieve organizational objectives, and create staffing plans to ensure operational continuity at all times.
  • Travel regionally and frequently to facilitate motivation, performance management, quality outcomes, compliance, cultural alignment, and branch oversight.

Next Level Professionalism

  • Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information. - and/or -knowledge of best practices for handling PHI as governed by HIPAA

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Outlook)

EDUCATION AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Specialized experience with the following:

  • At least 8-10 years of management level, multi-site experience in progressive leadership roles in business operations - do not require, but prefer prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, facility, in home care, disability care, or other licensed senior living industry
  • Experience managing 20+ direct reports with radical accountability on data-driven KPIs.
  • Proven track record of driving business profitability and compliance through operational excellence.
  • Ability to travel continually - often for a week or more at a time
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Proven track record in managing large teams and driving business growth
  • Proficiency in financial management, analyzing competitive landscape and budgeting.

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or Healthcare Management
